 Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?

A: We are a factory and have more than 2 years manufacture and sales experience.

Q2:Where is your factory located?

A: Our factory is located in Xinpu Town,Cixi , Ningbo. Nearby Ningbo port, the second largest port in China, convenient transportation and low cost, and close to Shanghai, convenient for customers to visit our factory.

Q3: How can I get some samples?

A:We are honored to offer samples to you when the prices are /confirm/ied. Samples are free, however, the freight cost should be collected by customer. If sample quantity is more than our regular one, we will extra collect sample cost.

Q4: What is your payment term?

A: 30% TT in advance, the balance payment 70% against copy of b/l.

Q5: What is your delivery time?

A: It will take about 40 days to finish an order after the GB/IM artwork are available. But the exact time is according to actual situation. We will release the time line(KPD) for the order/project.
